SONGA it has received certification and accreditation of the more demanding norms of quality of the market international, implanted as culture allows to guarantee to our clients and suppliers us a discipline of reliable work for the obtaining of the best product, but sanitary and mainly, surely low the constant search of continuous improvement.

The System of Management of Quality of our company is based on the following norms:



ISO 22000:
System Management Food

Norm that allows to guarantee I compliment of established parameters of quality and that in addition includes system HACCP like part fundamental and basic of the processes to assure the safety and sanitary security products.

ISO 22005:
Global Standard Food

See Certificate Norm that allows to guarantee the trustworthiness of the information about all the processes and raw materials used in our chain of production, this knows it like Traceability in the Nourishing Chain.

SONGA to incorporated in its system of control of traceability to all the productive chain, that includes laboratories of larvae, property shrimp fishers and our packing plant, of such form that with the specific bar code of each product, we can extract the information from the development of the larvae used to its final packing, including dates, suppliers, raw materials and processes used in each one of the production stages.

Standard Global BRC - Food: The British Retail Consortium (BRC), association that groups to most of the great British chains of distribution, published for the first time in 1998, the Practical standards and protocol for providing nutritional product companies with mark of distributing chains (Standard Technical and for Protocol Companies Supplying Retailer Branded Food Products) of application in all those companies that elaborate nourishing products with the mark of these chains of distribution.
This norm was developed to help to the British companies of distribution with own outstanding products to guarantee the fulfillment with the legal requirements of these products and to upper assure the level protection of its clients and consumers.



IFS
International Standard Food

See Certificate The International Standard Food (IFS) is a specification created by the great European chains of distribution to guarantee better the capacity of the suppliers that make nourishing products to provide safe products that they fulfill the applicable norms and legislations.

 

 



ACC Certification:

The property own shrimp fishers of the group (Group Champmar and Naturisa) have received the ACC certification. Aquaculture Certification Council (ACC), that is an international organization established to certify the procedures of production and the nourishing security in farms and facilities of aquaculture at world-wide level.
